In consultation with Windust Architecture a LouvreTec 200 Super opening and closing roof was selected for the top level of this beach front property. The scope from the client was to create an outdoor entertaining space with year-round use that could withstand the extreme wind zone and corrosive environment of being directly opposite the bay.
The highly refined engineering of the LouvreTec 200 super roof profile was a perfect fit to maintain a simple elegant frame and complement the existing architecture of the property. Early consultation with both architect and client was a key factor in the end result for the project with LouvreTec being engaged during the preliminary draft stage.
